From the very first moment I knew I was in good hands. Louis and his team installed a new kitchen for me. They took away everything and left the new kitchen spotless.

You judge a builder not just by what they do for you, but how they respond when difficulties arise. There were several - due to poor planning on the part of the kitchen designer. Louis sorted these issues out expediently and very fairly indeed. He worked out the best solution for me costwise and stuck to his budget, exactly as he had written out in his quote - even though he did some extra work to see my project right. Louis really cares about his customers and you see that too, in the people he chooses to work for him.

His word is his bond and his standards are synonymous with customer satisfaction.
